Train Los Angeles Concert reviews
Great music, disorganized venue
The performance was great! Absolutely great! The venue and the employees were completely disorganized and wasted about $400 for us. We bought a VIP package for the “AM Gold Lounge”. The email gave a vague description of where to sign in. We didn’t see it, so we asked at the gate. They sent us to the opposite side of the venue. When we got there, they sent us to yet another side. When we got to the AM Gold Lounge, after asking the attendant 3 times, finally told us we had to go all the way back to the front again. It was 103 degrees and the outside venue is huge. We finally just gave up and didn’t get to use the package we paid $300+ for. There were multiple other groups doing the same thing who also gave up. Their email needed specific info on where to go. The staff at the venue need to be trained what is going on and made to actually help customers. Making us go around and around the venue, walking miles in excruciating heat left a bad taste in our mouths for the concert. Feel like we got ripped off.
